Historic Building Earthquake Strengthening

This landmark historic building required earthquake strengthening to bring it up to current safety standards in order for the business owner to continue operating in the premises.
Arrowsmith Builders contacted us to supply and install the structural steel including the installation of new support beams and corner bracing into the existing building which was already fitted out with scaffolding to accommodate the other surrounding renovations and upgrades underway.
With not a straight line in the entire building and limited access, installing the steelwork was the biggest challenge.
