The Challenge
The greatest challenge was meeting the stringent Master Build specification to ensure the builders had the truest, level and plumb steel structure to work from. Achieving this level of accuracy was essential to set up the remainder of the build for success and maintain the exceptionally high standard expected of a Shaw Builders home.
The Solution
Through clear communication and close coordination with Shaw Builders, the Fabworx team established exactly what would be required on site to erect the steel safely and accurately. By understanding the sequence, methodology, and critical tolerances involved, we delivered a structure that provided the ideal starting point for the award-winning outcome.
